The Customer Success Manager position is a wonderful opportunity for someone with 1+ years of experience looking to demonstrate his or her ability to serve customers building world-class sales organizations. The Customer Success Manager will be a part of the Customer Success team and report directly to the Senior Director of Customer Success.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • Drive customer success and utilization by understanding and tracking account-specific key metrics and working with customer stakeholders to deliver value against customer goals
  • Communicate value via internal and external reporting mechanisms, such as customer quarterly business reviews, or internal weekly account management meetings
  • Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors, to become a trusted strategic advisor during customers’ journeys
  • Serve as dedicated point of contact to remedy any tactical customer requests by providing high-quality, on-time deliverables
  • Drive introduction and adoption of new features and integrations
  • Identify and internally communicate risks and opportunities for account growth and expansion. Know when to escalate.

Requirements and Experience

  • BA/BS degree, minimum of 1 year of customer success SaaS experience
  • Experience working with Enterprise customers
  • Ability to communicate and present effectively across all teams and levels of a company
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
